Diane Lee Myers is the Board Treasurer for Sierra Central Credit Union's Board of Directors. Sierra Central is a credit union based out of Yuba City, California since its start on Beale AFB in 1955.

Diane grew up in Kittery, Maine. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento where she graduated Summa cum laude. Diane also has a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University.

Diane came to the local area after being transferred from Wiesbaden, Germany AFB to Beale AFB as a military spouse.

Diane is a retired Certified Public Accountant. She was an Owner and Partner in an Accounting Partnership, Boysol-Myers, CPAs, Business Manager for Penn Valley School District and a Yuba College Accounting and Computer Instructor.

Diane loves education and learning new skills.

Devin Barber is a Board Member on Sierra Central Credit Union's Board of Directors. Sierra Central is a credit union based out of Yuba City, California since its start on Beale AFB in 1955.

Devin grew up in Yuba City, CA. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a Master's Degree from the University of Phoenix.

Devin is currently retired after a 27-year career in Information Technology, where he was a Manager for the City of Yuba City.

Devin has been a member of credit unions since 1987 and support what they do for their Members. Devin joined our Board to help the organization and the communities we serve.

Devin has been an avid reader his whole life. He reads multiple books at a time, with subject matter ranging from history to science fiction to how to.

 Lee McPeak is the Secretary for Sierra Central Credit Union’s Supervisory Committee. Sierra Central is a credit union based out of Yuba city, California since its start on Beale AFB in 1955.

Lee grew up in Yuba City, CA. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies from the University of Redlands and a Masters in Education Management/Administration from the University of LaVerne.

Lee has spent over 28 years in the education field and currently serves as the Principal of River Valley High School in Yuba City.  

Lee was inspired to volunteer on our Supervisory Committee to get involved in the community outside of education and continued learning.

Passionate about changing lives through education, Lee also strives to help youth, support families through challenging times, and help educators be the best they can be.

Lee uses athletics as a means of teaching character, self-discipline, and work ethic and prides himself on getting students plugged into the community through school functions and volunteer hours.

In his spare time, Lee enjoys golf, fishing, hunting, wood-working, and spending time with his family.

Ronald "Ron" Sweeney is CEO of Sierra Central Credit Union, a credit union based out of Yuba City, California since its start on Beale AFB in 1955.

Ron grew up in California in the East Bay and Antelope Valley and in Anchorage, AK. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration (emphasis in Accounting), from the University of Alaska.

While his career started out as a simple college student looking for experience, it turned into a lifelong path to help serve members of various credit unions throughout his professional career.

Before his time at Sierra Central, Ron was a Credit Union Controller for FedAlaska FCU, Principal Examiner for National Credit Union Administration, VP Information Systems for Travis Credit Union and a Credit Union Consultant.

With over 23 years of experience at Sierra Central, Ron held such positions, before his time as CEO, as VP of Finance, CFO, COO and later President.

Stephanie Dickinson is the Chief Finance Officer at Sierra Central Credit Union, a credit union based out of Yuba City, California since its start on Beale AFB in 1955.

Stephanie grew up in the Yuba-Sutter area, which is located in Northern, CA. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (emphasis in Accounting), from California State University, Sacramento.

Before her time at Sierra Central, Stephanie worked for a few years for the California State Government in the California Department of Education and California Housing Finance Agency.

Stephanie had been a longstanding member of Sierra Central since her childhood. When the opportunity to work for Sierra Central, in her discipline, became available, she jumped at the opportunity. Stephanie was excited to work for an organization that seeks to improve the lives of others.

Stephanie has held such positions at Sierra Central, before her time as Chief Finance Officer (CFO) as: Accounting Manager and VP of Accounting/Controller.

Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family being outdoors with her animals and gardening.

Michael "Carto" Angelo Cartoscelli is the Chief Retail Officer at Sierra Central Credit Union, a credit union based out of Yuba City, California since its start on Beale AFB in 1955.

Mike grew up in Yuba City, CA. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business (emphasis in Finance) and an MBA (emphasis in Managment Information Systems) both from California State University, Chico as well as a Graduate Degree from Pacific Coast Banking School.

Before his time at Sierra Central, Mike worked at All Pacific Mortgage Company as a Loan Officer, Wells Fargo Bank in various roles (Personal Banker, Branch Manager, Community President and Community Business Banker) and for Tri Counties Bank (Customer Segmentation, VP Digital Channels, Lead Regional Manager and Customer Experience Manager).

Mike has held such positions at Sierra Central, before his time as CRO - SVP of Retail Banking, as Branch Vice President and Regional Vice President Retail Banking.

Ernie Martin is the Chief Lending Officer at Sierra Central Credit Union, a credit union based out of Yuba City, California since its start on Beale AFB in 1955.

Ernie grew up in Woodland, CA. He holds an Artium Baccalaureus Degree in Biology, from the University of California, Berkeley.

Before his time at Sierra Central, Ernie spent 35 years in various positions in lending and mortgage.

He was inspired to work for Sierra Central because of how important the members are to the mission of the credit union.

Ernie has held such positions at Sierra Central, before his time as CLO - SVP of Lending, as VP of Real Estate.

Ernie is passionate about music and sports.
